PRODUCTION

The Firm handles all legal and business aspects of live action and animation production, including IMAX and CG Films, Television Series and Television Commercials. We have negotiated and closed major International Co-Production and Financing Agreements, syndication arrangements, distribution and talent deals. We have negotiated deals with the major talent agencies, and handled all Guild signatory and compliance issues. We review and negotiate complex transactions, including character licenses, and producer and composer agreements for motion pictures and television.
